Just a heads-up—bonus depreciation can be claimed up to 60% for 2024, and it will drop down to 40% in 2025, so that’s something to keep in mind as you evaluate your options.I’m not endorsing any particular company, and I don’t receive referral fees for recommending the one I used.

Well my guy that I helped found it on Facebook marketplace the guy was only asking $9,000 and I basically told him I liked it I wanted it and the seller tried to play the smooth saying I've got a bunch of buyers and the price went up and I basically told him to take it or leave it and I bought it for 10,000 bucksHow did you finance this deal?

I'll be interested in how they make the Experience "exclusive" to Airbnb as that seems like a terrible business model for the people hosting the Experience unless ABB cuts a check for them.IMO it is also a branding play to differentiate from VRBO, Booking, hotels etc.
