-The bar and grill is barely breaking even and the apartment is vacant.- The Fire escape in the back needs a complete overhaul. 

Occasionally I'll get an HDTV or a grill.

The seller is visiting us in a few weeks (in from TX for a family event, so we invited her over for a BBQ).

There are several student housing complexes that offer low rents, movie theater, pool, BBQ area, and more, but they also have terrible management, and parties constantly. 

We go to Fort Bend Real Estate Investor meetup happens every first Tuesday at RUdy's BBQ house around 59 & 99 junction.
