Different ways other than your normal yellow letters, post cards, bandit signs?

another thing.....hop on zillow and find old listings that are still for sale.....try to find the owner and send a yellow letter....

As a part time real estate investor I don't have the time to be the yellow letter guy beating the bushes for the deals right now. putting a small mark up on each one would keep them moving and keep your buyer buying.

While out, I took notes down on vacant homes, taking pics, cross-reference tax records to see if a bank owns it, if not, send a yellow letter, or a different method that has been articled on here (take pic of house, print on letter and envelope).

Once i locate owner names i skip trace the owner find their current address and phone number, I usually like to just give them a ring but often times ill follow the phone call up with a yellow letter or postcard if i cant get them on the phone.
