For those of you not familiar with OKC it is an older neighborhood with houses built in the 1920’s that is just south of the Plaza District, which is a very popular business district with local restaurants, art galleries, entertainment venues, and retail shops.

Most of them have invested money into making the venue look nice, provide good seating options, good parking, entertainment options, and ideally, a place that serves beer/wine/etc.

There are multiple venues in mission beach but every one of them is much smaller than the San Diego convention center (where BPCon 2022 was held).

I don't think I have 7 venues of passive income...

@Wesley Meilandt and if you hit the MAREI meeting, there is another group - Winvestors that meets the next morning (you can find them on facebook) in a smaller venue with a few less people for making even more face to face connections - you might even meet a few people from Bigger Pockets there.

., yes the Paper Source event is an excellent venue to learn and connect with other note investors and a good way to get your head around the business.

I was thinking we look at adjusting the date, as well as the venue.

I would select a market with a large dense population, a relatively high median income, job and population growth, venues for sports or entertainment and an area near hospitals. 

The property is adjacent to Arrowhead Towne Center in Phoenix, near shopping, restaurants, transportation corridors, corporate headquarters, three hospitals, sports venues (MLB spring training, State Farm Stadium, others), and snowbird housing from Oct-Mar.
