I know that this topic has been beat to death already and that the general consensus is to house hack before buying, however, my situation is a little unique and I would appreciate some input from the community.I have a new job with as an airline pilot and my schedule is 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off and I can live anywhere in the US.

But they will be along the lines of...Investment business:  purchasing 4 more mobile homes with the land as rentals, super dial in our systems to utilize every team member in their unique genius zone, and consolidate some debt.Education:  Create 1 new class, (most likely on the topic of private money), double my book sales, speak at 40 live events, and be a guest on 50 podcasts.

But if you are expecting them to do any of the work for you, i.e. walk properties with you showing you things to lookout for, providing contractor lists, setting a rehab vision unique to that property and market to maximize your ARV... well, I have never seen a guru or course do this.
