You will have showed twice the compassion that was required and if she can either find someone to assist her or learn the hard lesson, maybe it will change her direction.Side note, can remember some tough times my Mom and I went through and in my late teens early twenties I went through, did not take handouts and learned to buckle down, made me the man I am today! 

Once they stop getting handouts they will again no longer be able to pay rent and you will be forced to evict.

Mentorship is an excellent way to realize the value of intimate knowledge -- stripped of the superficial shroud that many attendees wear on the trade show floor. 

They are unreservedly pathetic, starved for handouts, and lost in a land that reality forgot.

I immediately thought this was a load of...something... mainly because if Codes Offices/Commissions are typically so fast to hand out public records requests for codes violations, I assumed public utility delinquency would fall under similar domain. 

I kind of want to limit my time to drive back and forth just to handout the keys.Does anyone do the same thing?

In singapore the people work  they dont get  the hand outs our US citizens your describing get.. its simply not in their culture to not work and take hand outs as well..

Persons take the hand-out and DO LESS.

No need for them to stand there with their hand out ready for a paycheck. 

And I can hand out magnets on calls that have both businesses on them.
