I did mention that if the cleaning tech determined that the carpet in the portion of the room where she was found needed to be removed he would not be responsible for the full cost as we were planning on replacing the carpeting with linoleum in the dinning area anyway.

But I know there are areas more like the Denver Tech Center that's outside of Denver where corporate rentals also do well, so proximity to downtown might be important for my demographic, but it really depends.

I have always performed annual inspections and the house was always clean and in good order, and I did in fact see the tenant in May 2017 at the last signing.The first thought that crossed my mind was that the tenant was trying to get out of the lease early and that this is one giant game that he is playing.
