My name is Ryan and I am a current Student at Western Michigan University. 

He is a painter by profession so everything he does for me is a side job.

Opportunity:  There is an old outdated building near a college campus that has been rezoned/approved for student housing 20+ rooms.

My buildings are 1880-1920s student rentals and I grew up in an 1880s house in the hip area of town.
