Well I never thought I would be the one saying something like this......but I have a recent good news story about a warranty company.Based on an experience over 30 years ago, I have been on the anti-warranty bandwagon and even run them down on this forum, but:I bought a house last summer (primary home) and the sellers agent threw in a Home Warranty.

They are all on the same sports team and have no "proof of income."

Just like they project sports teams on how many wins they will get each year.

Meaning that there will always be buyers of financial means that want to live there due to weather, beauty of the city etc etc   The great news is that it is a market you know. 

What kind of news outlets are people following to keep a pulse on the real estate trends in the Denver area?

So the good news is they are willing to work with me after they saw that the previous lender dropped the ball. 

I grew up there before moving to CO.My opinion, I don't think adding solar would be a good use of your resources there, with the new Rec Center being vetoed and all the sports teams not wanting to be a part of the old facilities that are there, I wouldn't do Solar.
