I know they installed rear unit completely new roof in 2017, so the roof in front unit is the main concern for me that will need to be replacement in future, what I am thinking is that if I back out, I lose 11k, which the flat roof in front unit will cost less than 11k, I think you got great point here and I probably will stick with inspection in future, but mathematically speaking I was leaning towards account for roof replacement in future ?

I suppose you could also paper your purchase ageement as an installment stale contract where a deed is executed but not recorded.

We also contacted the window company, who identified it as faulty installation by the builder rather than a product defect.

Best way to avoid that is to be a good host, avoid any group that hints of a party group, install noise monitors and enforce those rules aith your guests.  

Newly renovated with beautiful modern decor, all new LVP flooring, granite countertops, a new refrigerator and dishwasher have been installed.

I have a few rentals in the Denver area, and one thing I really enjoy doing is installing Life-Proof LVP flooring in units each time they turn over. 

I would stay away from solar panels.
