Although each unit is it’s separate dwelling unit, but you can only do one sec 121 exclusion every two years, doing two simultaneously is not going to happen.

One thing I can say is that despite all of the troubles the city has, it simultaneously is in the process of revitalization, with many new developments downtown, and large companies (especially tech companies) relocating to Detroit.
