The $2700 is a good price - - *IF* it includes trenching the exterior and sealing it.Water leaching on these foundations is common, depending upon the grading of the property - - is this on the up-hill side of the property??

If that's not available, one can purchase bentonite (used to seal water well caps after drilling) or possibly the poor mans solution of mixing in cheap (clay) kitty litter, which is lower quality bentonite.

They will remove the cooler, remove the jack, reset and reseal it, raise the legs, fix the shingles and seal them, and reset the cooler.
