I think the first thing you should do in this situation is figure out what you are trying to achieve and what your end goal is. 

I’m just trying to figure out what the extra $130 is for and they won’t tell me.Is this still a case of the property owner not doing their due diligence or is it perhaps an intentional attempt to mask egregious fees on the part of an unethical PMC?

I didn’t see any way to login with my BP account like I could for example with Stessa so I’m assuming no, bit figured I’d ask. 

I gave them time to figure out their ACH verification problems and even gave them a choice to make a payment in another way or through another platform.

I have a great attorney but he never asks for money for small questions and I feel bad so trying to see if i can figure this out on my own first. 

There are a lot of considerations for both options before you can figure out your expected profit/return.
