We really enjoyed Holden Beach because it was not overbuilt, no high rise hotels or condos, very family oriented and very peaceful…almost like going back in time when things were slower and quieter.

That they want to pay cash for a home to live next to you.Is it possible they value the quality of life by living next to you, and the peace of mind of not having a mortgage or having to deal with a long distance property, more than owning real estate?

The ability to get into multifamily and bring in some more cash flow via a medium term rental has made the interest rate environment less relevant.

You'll want to do your own due diligence as the economic environment is changing, but my experiences have been good with several of these highly experienced and  capable fund operators.
