Generally, most DSCR lenders will want a 1.00 Ratio or higher using the PITI as the monthly expense.

Even with that, I can't promise you won't have major issues and possibly lose the property or your monthly income. 

Rents are obscene in my area near Traverse City.  1br1ba's are pretty much a guaranteed 1k a month. 

I am preparing to attend their next meetup towards the end of the month and will continue looking for more ways to stay engaged.

The key will be to set up terms so your monthly payment works.
