I contacted that agency this week online & got a response they are not writing commercial properties now.

So here is what I do:1 - Get buyer criteria for what they are looking for (exact criteria)2 - Go source that criteria using data provider3 - Scrub the list and plan a marketing campaign around it (i.e) > Direct Mail > Cold Call > SMS > Online Ads > Social Media, etc4 - Once I get inbound leads coming in.

We will always make it right with the owner, no matter whose fault it is. 

I do agree with everyone here that their customer service is by far the best I have ever had comparing to any other online investment platform.

Or does it matter (can we create one in Colorado)?

I came across conflicting information online, so I wanted to double-check with the knowledgeable folks on this forum. 

I couldn't map the information no matter how hard I tried to click and change values. 

Where people went cheap with online brokers, many of those companies just did not have the resources or expertise is seemed in many instances to handle claims.
