Trying to figure out the proper, best, and alternative routes to making meaningful relationships and wondering what the most effective means is to developing leads that may come along in the probate process. 

Realistically, many properties that go to auction may be in such bad shape that they don't justify the high bidding amounts, leading to losses as I mention above.

The initial heartburn of lost reviews will likely be negated by more bookings (because guests don’t often like booking from large companies like Evolve) and hopefully better reviews with you as PM.
