Don't waste any mental energy thinking about what the Fed does.Find good deals. 

While margins may be equal or higher on cheaper deals, you need to do more of them to yield the same cash output versus one successful larger deal.  

I like connecting with lenders local to the areas because they typically have a larger network in the market and sometimes they're able to process the deal faster as well. 

I know its the opposite here and Section 8 is FAR larger in those markets than it is in the PDX market ..

Prefer to have a purpose and develop, for larger gains.For now, starting to clean up.
