With relative certainty I can almost guarantee my renters will not have drunk celebrities at my properties :)  The mail person one always gets me, it would seem that it would have to be a tendon severing incident to get the medical bills that high and it would also be a workman's comp claim as it was an injury on the job....

For sure my parents and seeing them succeed building a company from scratch, playing competitive sports since I was a kid and making it to the Junior Olympics, overcoming a career ending injury before turning pro, great teachers and mentors, living in 3 different countries and traveling to over 50, meeting people from many different nationalities and backgrounds and take the time to hear their story and learnt from them, doing long distance endurance sports (half-Ironman and Ironman distance triathlon) qualifying for the World Champiomships, being open minded when meeting new people and ideas, never accepting that things are the way they are just because, etc.
