I will add another thing: COVID disrupted foreign immigration the past 18 months or so.

But I realize the downside of major illness is loss of assets and/or bankruptcy.I realized when I brought immigration into this it was a whole other can of worms, but what bothers me is the perception of those who consume without contributing.

I don't really care what people say - they are always going to be top-tier places, with standard ups and downs - but these are world-class and world-famous, locations that will continue to attract talent, money, and immigrants.

I was left inspired to purchase my first property to either house-hack or rent so I can build wealth as a first-generation immigrant.

Huge accomplishment for an immigrant in this crazy US real state market. 

Not to get to into the economic weeds but when you as a society encourage everyone to go to college and limit immigration suddenly you don’t have enough blue collar workers.
