They have contacted me for a commercial loan.

Section 8 may seem like a home run but I've seen houses destroyed in a years time, I would steer clear. 

I signed up with them about 3 to 4 months ago, then found out how expensive the loan was to get going with them and told them that I would self finance it instead but they had to cancel the loan first...they use a company called Special Financing Company..the person I spoke to at REI his name is Paul, he said he would take care of canceling the loan, but a month later I realized that they were pulling $599 out of my bank account.

I am specifically looking in Essex county, MA because I want to house back close enough to my current W-2 job.

I went from growing up in a hut in Vietnam and spending my early years in Section 8 housing in the U.S. to now owning four cash-flowing properties (8 units) across three states.

So the line is a shared private line between the 8 houses. 

Is he just looking to have no house payment?

The mortgage payment is $1,000 on each house, so you earn $500 per house or $2,000 monthly.
