You’ll want to get loans from local banks and credit unions but you may run into issues with more limited features.

Be prepared for trial runs with several different candidates if you choose to hire a handyman to make sure they turn out to be qualified and dependable.

This problem has been building for a while now and appears to be coming to a head, not just with Blacktip, but with other Cape Coral area builders as well.
