The landlord should ensure that all tenants know what is expected of them, whether it is when the rent is due, rules they must abide by to keep the property in a safe and sanitary condition, respecting fellow tenants, or generally just being a good neighbor.I believe that the City has its proverbial head in the sand on this.

As someone who was skeptical, they impressed me enough to get off the sidelines and connect my IT team and head of our portfolio team to work with them.One final divergence between the two particular companies is cost.

These suburbs are being developed rapidly and 4 plex's in those areas are much cheaper than if you were to look towards Central Austin.
