In one of the closets, The contractor said he bought a cleaning supply called fabuloso, then warmed it or heated it up, and let it sit in the closet so the fresh smell got absorbed by the walls?

I get spending money on an empty place isn't fun but I think with good flooring, you may more easily find a tenant and also will have less issues in the long term with a stained/gross carpet.

The quote comes in at $4,850 to get the property back into acceptable condition without all of the trim and door repairs/replacement.Do you pay the ~$5,000 and renew the lease for tenants that pay on time or start fresh (with repairs and finding a new tenant)?
