Instead it looks like a sales pitch that is targeted to unsophisticated investors who are new to the space.If that's actually the situation here than these deals generally have multiple things I can't stomach and is an immediate red flag for me.2) AAA Storage growth: At one point I was interested in this sponsor because of the claimed full real estate cycle track record with little to no money lost.

Unfortunately, seniors are moving out of the newest/nicest 6 bd I have and actually covers 2 full mortgages in rent, I am just getting significantly less hits on Zillow even with premier. 

Because unfriendly properties still do a FULL-BLOWN Application on the tenant and can deny for any normal reason they deny any tenant.

But you can/should have a full property inspection of each unit and all major systems.  

But yeah the studio apartment is an absurd layout, I was blown away when I saw it in person.  

I finished the basement with a 2 full bathroom and rec room.

Rent is paid in full, doesn't matter where it comes from. 

I call those "full-shielders" (Versus "partial shielders"  which don't).
