-Schedule showings on Friday afternoons between 3:00-5:00 when many students don't have class -Set appointments for showings every 15 minutes (3:00, 3:15, 3:30)-If we have more than 3 groups during a 30 minute window, we purposefully stack 2 showings at onceThis sense of urgency that manifests when there are tons of students looking at a property at once is fascinating.

I have always been fascinated with real estate but only until now feel compelled that this it's something I should be doing.

Know that people over fascinate with picking tops or bottoms of markets for whatever reason.

At the pace we are at, it would take roughly 20 years to pay off our student loans, so I thought now was as good of time as any to begin what I've always been fascinated with: real estate investments, specifically with rentals. 

We have always bought 'local,' so to speak but the conversations on 'best place to buy' are fascinating.

I've always been fascinated with real estate but haven't really been active as an investor.My wife and I don't make a ton of money (relative to Los Angeles), but we are relatively frugal and are able to slowly save.
