We have been educating ourselves by reading/listening to literature on this topic.

Could not have anticipated all the problems and I had yet to invest in Note education. 

I'm using my workout time to educate myself daily and feel overwhelmed, but excited to get going.

I've watched some videos from BP but i'd like some recommended reading to educate myself in preparation and so i can start going to open houses and actually having an idea of what i'm looking at.3. i'm thinking about changing careers to either electrician or plumbing to get skills that may help me manage my properties or do house flips and value adds to my properties.

Encourage him to set long-term goals, connect with mentors, and use educational resources while keeping the learning process fun and balanced with other activities to prevent burnout.
