Akeen Felder Can I be a realtor and wholesaler?
12 January 2019 | 16 replies
If you do, and you're buying the home at a deep discount (as is the typical wholesaler's way of doing business), wholesaling is a violation of that duty, since you're not working in the seller's best interest. Not that I disagree with your last point, but I might argue that whatever a home sells for when a wholesaler sells it, is probably close to the top dollar it can get.

28 April 2019 | 4 replies
I didn't - Zillow combined both listings and all of the photos to represent a fictitious listing. The day before I listed my last home for sale, Zillow and Trulia disagreed on the value of my home by $60,000.Whatever you do, do NOT rely of the Zestimate for any sort of decision making.
