I know that homes on crawl spaces have problems with animals and other pests getting under them.Does anyone know of some serious disadvantage to slab homes?

florida is big and wide open, drive further. also, as someone posted on here several months back, "get your mind into the gutter." you will find better margins for rehabbing if you look at homes in somewhat disadvantaged neighborhoods i believe.good luck!
