My goal is to network and learn more about each market, the areas where people want to live (or even better where the path of progress is headed), the types of construction, the current supply and demand (as it relates to buying distressed SFR / MF), strategies that are working to find these distressed properties (REO, wholesaler, 1/2 rehabbed, etc),how each market measures up to the 1% and 2% rule, successes in building a team, etc.

This will only happen at the rate that these properties are needed to soak up additional demand as it will hopefully be created over time.Feel free to connect any time..Abraham.

@Vince Craig hey Vince, my units are just in demand as ever, I just purchased another property and put it on airbnb and it’s been doing great so far as well.

Either party can demand a jury.  

I personally think that is a good spot to get into because there is strong rental demand as well as it is an appreciating area.

Then you would see a multifamily demand. As

Expensive units depending on the demand, a tankless unit will be considerable more expensive  They cannot handle too many simultaneous users on one water heater. 

Also, your lender might tell you to pound sand trying to demand a new appraiser because you don't like their answers to those questions. 

Typically in a vacation market, MTR is not in as high of a demand as STR.
