Hey there, I am getting a property under contract, but the seller who is going through a divorce and has 2 high school daughters is stating that she wants to stay in the property till after the holidays.

I am not sure if Ohio law is similar to Texas but I am sure they would have accepted that consequence vs. you keeping the entire amount.What if it was your son or daughter or a family member in which this was the case?
