Is smoking okay?

The mountains in east Tennessee smoke every vacation rental market in the country with 80+% occupancy year round. 13 million tourists per year only 26,000 residents. 

It's starting my wood fire for a brisket smoke!

Think hard, would you be willing to evict your friend for not paying rent or smoking in the property?  

It's being built from scratch unlike residential remodeling when you're dealing with years of unqualified, untrained, do-it-yourselfers work that often has to be redone for safety or to satisfy newer codes.As a 40 year Contractor, I can tell you ALL remodeling estimating is a shot in the dark.

Especially interested in smoking oaks, the neighborhood east of union between independence and federal, and anything fairly close to OBU. 

And either make the house a smoking house or do not rent to anyone who smokes.

Try different angles for the front shot--get the front door lit up--it shows very dark.  

Minor critique (and I mean minor), I didn't like the dark ceiling fan with all of the other white ones.
