you want the LLC's to receive credit for repayment and you don't want the loans on your personal credit - rather you want them on the LLC credit for reporting purposes.be careful too with the PG.

Now there are areas in the metro area where you can force that equity....Takoma, Brightwood, Trinidad, Petworth, PG County....where putting in $50k can creat $100k in equity.Now Woodbridge....you could create some forced equity, but not a ton, as you see the housing stock is a lot cheaper there.

Mostly because sellers walked away from deals they had no financial interest in (other than a PG and hit to their FICO).   

Checking into obtaining business credit cards without giving a personal guarantee.  I have found a few such as Lencred, Auralian and credit suite all with different requirements and funding fees.  Anyone have any info...

In PG County in MD they do not tell you until days before when your eviction date will b.  

We believe the value to be $185-225k.If at all possible, we would prefer to do a no PG loan and keep all responsibility with the company.  

A PG is your word that you will back up this business venture with your personal assets if needed.
