you want the LLC's to receive credit for repayment and you don't want the loans on your personal credit - rather you want them on the LLC credit for reporting purposes.be careful too with the PG.

Now there are areas in the metro area where you can force that equity....Takoma, Brightwood, Trinidad, Petworth, PG County....where putting in $50k can creat $100k in equity.Now Woodbridge....you could create some forced equity, but not a ton, as you see the housing stock is a lot cheaper there.
