I'm in college for cyber security but I've always felt like that would be more of a fallback if things go south.

@Rick Amos Depending on the set up of the entity and your process, you and your investors could have the following risks in some form or another;  Cyber Liability, Crime, Fiduciary Liability, Errors and Omissions, Discrimination.  

@Dorothy Monette we have military, cyber command, NSA, industry, medical, university, manufacturing, etc.  

But there is the question of whether we should put our savings towards paying off the homes sooner as the threat of increasing rates looms closer.
