Since you asked...Our focus for this winter/spring is a mixed use project...we bought a hotel built in 1870 through a purchase money mortgage...we're adding 3 high-end guest suites for a BnB, building in a 2BR apartment for stable cash flow, and opening a gallery for the local artist community...we have plans for a tap room or wine bar in the future at the same site as well... wow that sounds like a cool project. 

Art offers all kinds of opportunities at this - and some 'hipsters' as you call them are 'cool' in this way - some are not.

Marine Palamutyan - Are you strongly against sharing your kitchen / laundry with other cool professionals like you that you pick and interview?

Btw the cool thing about ACH is it hits your account as soon as the next day AND there are no fees for the tenant and minimal for LL.

The years of touch & go helped me grow a big set, but it has certainly paid off. its cool to see these areas were your at.. we all know it can go the other way..
