My initial thought is to advise them to continue to offer the fee to avoid alienating buyer agents, especially if this is how buyer brokers are creating their short lists to share with clients.

If values of real properties continue their long term increases, then owning more property even if it means having paid higher prices will turn out to be a winning strategy, provided the buyer is able to maintain ownership through periods of possible negative cash flow and or refinancing necessity.

When you log in to your own account you can continue watching shows where you left off, see your favorites, etc.I use Roku TVs and set them up in guest mode so that the Wi-Fi is already connected and all they have to do is log in to the apps.

We also think there is greater possibility of appreciation if the value add is well executed.Overall, we're happy with our DST investments and will continue investing in DSTs in the future unless something changes drastically.Of the many other sponsors out, we're most interested in investing in a Passco DST.
