I completed this a few months back but never got anything to prove it (other than the screen print showing filing successful) so I've been a bit worried by it.  

The props we purchase are about 100k, so two completely different worlds.

The house is 60% completed and will complete 2 years that construction started (2 years after permit approvals).

Here are thoughts on building strong vendor relationships:1.Timely Payments: Pay vendors promptly upon completion of work to maintain goodwill and encourage continued collaboration.2.Fair Pricing: Negotiate competitive rates without undercutting the value of their services.

They either:- Completely dump everything on us and then aren't happy with the results, or- Try to micromanage us, which we can't do as we aren't paid enough to be "personal assistants".
