@Mitch Davidson regarding your comment on distance from Chimney Rock its about 18 - 20 mins west of it driving, about 8 miles.

Every tax professional I've ever spoken with and every tax professional comment here on BP that I've seen, states it's almost impossible. 

Each one wants to come out and look down into the hole and comment on what else you need to do.
