I'm wondering if I should open it up to dog owners but I'm reluctant because some of the rooms have carpeting.

If I have to put 6 units x 3k for a total of 18k into a property in paint and carpet and other cosmetics and then have other repairs too I want that discount off the asking price if its a fair asking price.

Hi,If any folks here have used a good, honest and reasonably priced handyman (for smaller jobs like faucet leaks, paint, carpet, landscaping work, etc) and were satisfied with the work done, I would really appreciate the name and contact info.

ps...not looking to rehab or flip, but people to do minor repairs stuff, painting, carpeting that sort of stuff.

I have no intentions on doing anything, I'm only asking to learn and know for the future.A fully fresh rehabbed property just came up on the MLS, new stainless energy efficient appliances, carpet, paint, floors, heating system, ect..Now, my questions are as followed.1) Seeming how all the work is pretty much done, is their any leverage in brining the price down or is it even worth to look at it in order to FLIP it?

If I just let things go, I'm going to be out of pocket as the carpets need replacing, the stove and fridge need to be replaced, the tub and shower might need replacing, and a host of other things, not to mention the rent I'm losing.
