What about asking for a copy of the prescribers medical license to practice medicine in the state you are in .

I've looked at artificial turf before, but some cities have banned it.

Also replaced their cracked bathroom vanity and decomposing medicine cabinet, and the tenant seems to be much happier.  

You must be good at it as well as the business aspect of medicine if you have multiple clinics and other dentists who work for you.

Practices like this are unethical and create an artificial means to have a lower price accepted.  

I have another full time job as a physician and am not interested in leaving my practice yet, but I'm looking for something else that will generate a cash flow and allow me to get to financial freedom within the next couple of years so that I can practice medicine on my terms and not on the insurance companies.

Not saying that the pricing is not fair but it's just seems a little messed up when there is this seemingly artificial supply manipulation.

Anyone saying otherwise is just trying to artificially inflate their NOI.
