Final sales costs is based on what you build there and it must be supported by Comps.Also know that if you start calling GCs for prices they will quote you (as a newbie) higher prices then they will give their repeat customers that know what they are doing.I've been a part of a number of these deals and you can PM if you have any questions not for general consumption.

Also, when they are paying for their own consumption they will probably be more conscious.I was also considering to charge a flat fee for water, but that will not stop them from being wasteful.My questions are:- Will I be risking losing my long term tenants if I started to have them pay for water?
