Not sure how often that happens and to the extent it does, how much individuals are receiving.Trying my best not to politicize this, but have to add that massive bailouts are going to continue to get harder to afford with the high federal debt we have today.

I'm currently based in California FWIW.Detroit has a lot going for it: affordable properties, a solid rent-to-price ratio, and a ton of neighborhoods with strong rental demand.

Has anyone here found creative financing solutions or partnerships that have worked for them lately?

Since they know the code more, fire marshalls tend to work with them to come up with solutions that work for all.

Someone that can come in with high % equity (maybe 1031) it would be great long term and short term cash flow with a lower loan amount.I’m in the realm where I can afford it not a big enough dent where my life is being changed at all really.
