The second box had candy, fruit, snacks, toilet paper, toothpaste, flashlights, gloves and other knick knacks.

The ones today are actors that probably couldn’t have spelled real estate 12cmonths ago.

And in the other direction going east from Harrisburg is Hershey with the candy factories, amusement part, arena, and a teaching hospital. 

Seems like those who have absolutely no prior real estate knowledge and are  paid actors who are relatively unknown or who have gone bankrupt in real estate are the people most successful at selling their expertise to the inexperienced, the I know;edgable and the naive, in other words the target market for mentorships.  

Found out how to buy “fundraising” candy bars on my own and pulled them in a wagon too office buildings to sell.

Also, in this industry, believe none of what you hear and only half of what you believe as there are more actors in this industry than there is in Hollywood.

On a weekly basis we come across landlords that have been burned by poor actors in the property management space.When you are interviewing potential property managers, it’s important to ask the right questions.

Bad actor talks a bunch of folks into doing sub too never makes a payment on the underlying and rents the property out until its finally foreclosed on.. owner credit trashed  Tenant upset  Lender gets property back and lose's money..
