I am pretty sure on my numbers. 

I was pretty leveraged with my HELOC, 401k loans, etc. but I could have been even more aggressive.I only have 12-doors though.

Also, there really isn't any great advantage to automatic payments from my experience.

Hello BP family, my name is Devin, I am newly relocated to Tallahassee, Florida from Virginia.

I tell my clients usually if they want Dollar Generals I want them well located with upgraded construction in a strong suburban to urban core area which is only about 10 to 15% of all stores.

This may be my first rodeo in flipping but not my first rodeo in construction.

Most of my clients stick to private money.  

I personally never look at BP on my phone or the app on my phone but i just checked it and its still there it brings up the forum threads maybe BC I already had it ? 

I am working on my first BRRR, and am close to finishing up the rehab.  

I would be embarrassed to have an inflatable hot tub at my nice STR.
