Hi all, we have a 200 unit 19 building apartment complex under contract in Las Vegas, and the roofs don't look great, however I'm not an expert in roofs.Does anyone have a recommendation for a good roofing company who could inspect the roofs and get me an estimate?

Vegas used to be pretty hopping for cash flow and good prices but the prices there now have skyrocketed (well above prime) and the returns have sank drastically.

., Las Vegas, Orlando, Tampa, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas, Houston, Phoenix, Boston these hedge funds sped up the recovery at a rapid rate.

We love Cedar, it has been a great place for us to invest (partly because the big UT investors tend to stay in SLC or Provo, and to the south is ST George/ Vegas so the bigger investors don't come to Cedar as much).  

I've been looking at Allentown - in and around the NIZ, and Bethlehem, near the University, and Sands Casino.

If you're investing residentially in the Las Vegas area and wouldn't mind the company, I would love to watch the process of searching for a property, financing, negotiating, walk-through, etc., or as much as I can.

That's lottery money, I'm going to Vegas"!
