Another thing to consider is that people in the RE industry are already getting spammed to oblivion with listing emails, agent marketing, wholesalers, auction houses, lenders, gurus, youtube channels, CRMs, you get the picture. 

I think the out of town investor just gambled on it and won, it was a good buy.

More the principle  Glad you are taking this route rather than gambling with an HOA.

Don't spam facebook groups, everyone hates that.If I were you, this is what I would do:I'd find the top wholesaler in your area, someone that everyone trusts.

Low GDP + high debtThe fed reinflated the housing bubble with artificially low interest rates while bailing out the banks who decided to gamble with depositors money as a result of the Glass Steagall Act being repealed by the Clinton adminiatration.

It's too much of a gamble and they know way too many "investors" (aka slumlords) that have lost a lot of money or their reputation.
