There are legit ways out of a lease for domestic abuse but I don't know the details.

By completely eliminating a product that was abused and unregulated leading up to the meltdown in 2008, lenders essentially eliminated the ability for some people to obtain a type of loan that was originally designed for them.

If someone has a violent background (domestic abuse, etc) then they are out. 

Only my own when he was two and decided to draw on his bedroom wall ... fortunately we painted his room using a paint intended for such abuse and the crayon wiped off easily.  

It should be considered elder abuse!  

Everybody just has to find their niches and become the best at them.agreed where I see sub too get very wonky is the no money investor gets into a deal that barely cash flows.. tenant stops paying the underfunded investor cant make the mortgage payment the mortgage is in the original sellers name and their credit gets trashed.. there is a lot of abuse in that model.. but for property capitalized companies its a good way to control property..

It's worth a little more to get a tougher mesh that can hold up to a little abuse.

Heck, even dog fighters and animal abusers hardly get punished with your awfully broken system.Pitbulls, cane corsos etc are NOT dangerous breeds.

The clients are homeless and many have abuse issues.
