I'd tell my landlord to pound sand if they asked me to pay for $150 toward a repair like that--and I'd be right.I think a better route is to specify that a tenant is responsible for any repairs they cause.

I think for those that are early in.. in some states yes .. but like Oregon many are going out of business as the market has been flooded.. prices have gone down from 2k a pound to 500. and it cost 600 to grow it.I think the real market will be the oils and sav's etc..
