How anyone would buy with out looking  or at least having their own inspections their own apprasials first and fall for that line of sale tactics  its really on the buyer.. and you have to hand it to Morris he came on the scene with star power ( like TV guru who sell education) so he had a huge leg up.. and then you have many of these folks are first time investors who got caught up in his hype and jumped on.. there are also many like the post above who called BS and came to that conclusion on their own..

Thanks mate and great advice.We just recently turned on the marketing engine and it's been hectic.Crazy to witness how many disgruntled landlords there are in our market.It's a trend I noticed 10+ years ago but never bothered opening our doors to outside folks.I'm a more controlled business man nowadays so won't be doing any guerilla marketing tactics hahaWe are already killing the online game with simple SEO so it would be unfair to the rest if we pulled out all of our artillery lolThanks again and much success

Most logical people (regardless of their risk tolerance level) should question the tactics and legitimacy of such a new buzz that promises such "guaranteed returns".I'm thankful I found BP to slow my excitement down and away blowing my money wad on Morris Invest before they gain more experience and offer more transparency / finance options.
