Expense ratio, as others have stated, often ends up evening out these fluctuations in each expense and can often times be a more accurate predictor over many data points.

It’s all about catching their eye and making them click.

The basement is empty and we are looking to finish the space and turn it into another unit.

There is a narrative among real estate investors that they can go it alone and just need someone to do the paperwork when it comes to negotiating deals.

Are they a start-up, do they have any operational, how do they do at it, etc etc..
